The program not only improves motor symptoms but drives neuroplastic change and promotes good exercise behaviour in a fun and social environment giving people hope that there is life after Parkinson’s disease. Suitability to join the class is based on a number of criteria and will be determined following assessment with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
